Both locations are modern facilities and are fully handicapped accessible. Before and I was his sister so it was okay just put a sheet over his lower half, but I needed to see my brother (I hadn't up at that point). Doug told me that he understood my urgency, but he knew my brother would never want his little sister or anyone he loved to see him like this. So out of respect for what my brother would have wanted and his dignity, I needed to wait.
